Preheat oven to 350F and Line a 8-9 inch square pan with foil. Try to keep your cat from climbing into it while you grease it with spray.
Ingredients:
1/2 C butter
2 oz Dark Chocolate (chopped coarsely. And extra to sample during process)
1 C Sugar
2 Large eggs
1 Tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 Tsp Red food coloring
2/3 C All purpose flour
1/4 Tsp Salt
Combine butter and chocolate in a small pan. Stir occasionally until melted. Then set aside to cool for a few.
Combine the sugar, eggs, vanilla, and red food coloring. It will look like this (eew):
Add flour and salt and keep stirring. Add more food coloring if you want it to look
For the cheesecake mixture...
Ingredients:
8 oz pack of cream cheese (leave that B out to soften)
1 Egg
1/3 C sugar
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
Combine cream cheese (YUM), vanilla, sugar and eggs (last 4 ingredients listed) into a bowl and use the mixer you got for your wedding shower and never opened. Try not to lick the batter as it DOES contains eggs, you disgustington.
Plop the cream cheese batter on top:
And butter knife it up:
Do NOT walk away to do laundry once it's in the oven. Or at least put on a timer. Bake for around 35 minutes. Then let it cool or even chill it in the fridge. Then eat all of it yourself and claim it didn't come out right. Go get 'em, tigers!

So instead of doing school work I decided to catch up on your old posts. And i have to say that I wish all cook books were written like this post. "eat it all yourself and claim it didn't turn out" awesome!
